Well I can only suggest looking into the same sort of ideas I’ve been looking at for my First mortgage in London uk,.

So what and why remortgage.. Well lets be positive here.. You get a new fancy London and double what your aren’t before.. So you can afford to pay your mortgage back soon back this incurs costs.. So one way to get around these costs is to remortgage with a new bank or even the same one.. altering your month payments.

By paying more per month the overall cost I really realy reduced..

Here is a silly example.
£100 over 10yrs with 10% interest = £1.35 monthly payment (interest only 83p)
But by paying just 9p more a month then you pay back the debt in 1 less yr..
£100 over 9yrs with 10% interest = £1.44 (interest only 83p)
