Mortgage rate uk

I have seen a huge difference in rate in the uk.
The main thing I have discovered is that it’s so so dependant on who you are and what you do... Of course don't forget what income you have...

Credit rating makes a difference as the better you’re rating the more you can be offered...

Mortgage rates are dependant on not just the person(s) whom takes out the mortgage but the UK's interest rates. If the interest rate go up then so will your mortgage meaning your repayment will increase however if the interest rate decrease then your simply pay less.

One thing to note about the above is that the amount it changes and when it changes is so completely dependant on whom your mortgage is with and what arguments you have made.. Basically is not cut on dry and completely dependant on your bank and building society.

I have seen example rates from about 6% to 9% on mortgage but I’m sure you can find greater or lesser rates than that but the above seem to be average.
